Olivia and I have worked very hard this week to create an amazing magazine. We have fixed our fonts and our feature articles. I have also changed my feature article to make it a little longer with more information for my reader. Overall this has been a great and challenging experience. But I am truly happy with how our magazines came out.        

   This week I edited my feature article and added more information. I plan to put my new feature article in my magazine next week. Hopefully it will be long enough to fill both pages with good information. Olivia and I also edited a few more of our fonts together. We are having a challenging time figuring out which ones we both like for our magazines. We also moved some of our photos around to see if we can make our magazines match a little more. We were able to agree on fonts but I decided to make my font bigger because the smaller font was really hard to read.   Olivia and I love working together, and I am grateful to have her opinion. But just like with any team we have our problems with agreeing on some things. Therefore it is taking us a little bit of a longer time to pick our fonts together because we both have very different opinions.    I hope by the end of next week we will have our fonts done.    After my peer review I started editing my magazine. So far I have changed some of the fonts to match my partner Olivia's.  We both had a really hard time picking out fonts that would match both of our magazines. But we both made compromises and came up with some great fonts. These fonts were hard to find but they fit both our magazines very well.  Olivia and I also have worked on our content pages a little bit to make it similar. We have moved some images around as well as change some of our page numbers to make the magazine more realistic. I also have been working on my feature article more. I have added another interview that I have taken and some more explanation. I am still working on it to make sure it has a lot of great information for my readers.    Next week I plan to work on it some more and finish up my feature article as well as finish the rest of our fonts together.     When presenting my product I explained how I up set my cover page, content page, and feature article. I got some positive and negative feedback when I was done. Some things people enjoyed about my magazine was how I used a lot of beach pictures throughout the whole magazine. This helped keep the theme going throughout the magazine. They also liked how I set up my content page with the colors and the font of the text. But they also has some critics on my magazine.   One thing was that my feature article seemed too short. So I will be adding some more information to it. But I decided to not make it too long because, people have started to read shorter and shorter articles skimming through most text. I wanted to make my sure feature article was easy for anyone to read and not a big chunk of text that my audience will just skim through.   When creating my magazine I learned many new things. I learned how to use the software InDesign which was not as easy as I expected. I also learned how to create a magazine which I truly had a great time making. For this magazine I wanted it to be eye catching and very beautiful. So pictures and text colors were some of the hardest choices I made throughout the process. I wanted everyone who looks at my magazine to be taken away by the beautiful pictures. Our nation is going through a tough time right now and I believe some of us just need a picture to remind us of the beauty within this life. I hope my magazine gives everyone the same type of beauty it gives me.
